At Gratitude Garments, we take pride in delivering premium bamboo blend apparel designed for comfort, performance, and purpose. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations.

Returns

We accept returns within 7- 14 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be returned in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to normal wear or improper care
  • Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Processing time is typically 7–14 business days, depending on your financial institution

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Gratitude Garments is not responsible for lost return packages.
